I agree with you there are a lot Ecuadorian dishes that are very strange. About yahuarlocro I have to say that I love this dish. I really like to eat Ecuadorian food.
Your opinion is definitely valid, nevertheles I love it. You are very observative and I think that´s the reason why you do not like most of ecuadorian food. It looks weird and undelicious, but you should take some oportumity to try this stuff carefully enjoying every single taste.
In my opinio,yahuarlocro is one the most traditional dishes in Ecuador especially in Ambato. It contains a lot of things that are very healthy for us.It cointains natural products that help you to be very health.
